Registration Policy
REGISTRATION & REFUND POLICY:
WYFH reserves the right to assess a cancelation fee for program withdrawal. 
  • There are no refunds issued once a program starts. 
  • There is a $25.00 fee for bounced checks.
  • Late fees will be applied as noted per program.  All registrations must be paid in full or checks postmarked by registration deadlines or late fees will be assessed.
  • For any program canceled by WYFH, full refunds will be issued to registrants.
  • Specific details can be found by program under the "Programs" tab
  • NO PLAYER WILL BE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROGRAM UNLESS REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, WAIVERS HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AND FEES ARE PAID IN FULL
  • Fees may be assessed for refund requests.  Check each program details for details and deadlines
